I was recently putting together a manual link building guide. The guide was developed to go through the process of how to find potential links using a number of different tools and strategies. Once I got the reader to understand each way to find the links I needed to also provide a way for them to analyze the page to ensure by getting a link there it would provide some sort of benefit to the rank of the website within search engines.
In the past I’ve used a number of tools and plugins to determine this but it wasn’t till recently that I found the perfect tool to fit this task perfectly. This tool was FoxyRank for firefox.
Foxy rank gives you insight into how valuable a link from a page may be by looking at how many internal and exnternal links there are, if the page is allowing pagerank to pass (use of nofollow), what the current PageRank is and more. I could write a lot more but instead I put together a short video explaining how you can use this tool.
