I believe that keeping yourself well educated, whether it's through classes, work experience or reading in your free time, is extremely important. I have and continue to educate myself in a number of ways including; two degrees (working on my third), working within the information technology industry for the past 8 years and by self educating.

I keep up with web trends on a day-to-day basis by subscribing to a number high authority RSS feeds. Another way I keep on the pulse of search and web design trends is to read magazines and books and going to meetings and seminars.

I am currently pursing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and hold two other degrees including; a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Point Park University and an Associate in Specialized Technology - Software Applications and Programming from ITT Technical Institute.

Work Experience


My Career

I currently hold a position as a Project Manager at a reputable internet marketing business in Pittsburgh, PA. Before this job I held similar position in the web design and development department of an advertising company also in Pittsburgh. My prior jobs were all within the industry of information technology including; IT and Data Management, Technical Support and Web Development and Design.

Freelance Consulting

I provide SEO and Internet Marketing consulting to nonprofits and small businesses in the Pittsburgh area. Volunteer Work

In my free time, I am the web designer, developer and search engine optimization consultant for the Pennsylvania College Access Program. I setup their website using a content management system that makes it easy for them to update the information on their website without programming knowledge.

I am also the lead organizer of the Pittsburgh SEO Meetup Group. We are a group of individuals who are either interested in SEO and Internet Marketing or work within the industry. The group meets once a month to discuss a topic of interest and to network with others.
